$290 RV space for rent (McArthur, Ca.)

I have 2 RV spaces currently available in my small trailer park in Northern Ca.
McArthur is a small town located 1/2 way between Redding and Alturas on Hwy 299.
The Park is walking distance to a few restaurants.
The Local Grocery stores, Banks, Hospital are about 2 miles from the park.
We are at 3200' elevation, beautiful Summers where it rarely reached 100, winters can get cold with some light snow.
We have a laundry room in the Park with Commercial Washers and Dryers, Washers are $1 and Dryers .

Garbage, sewer and outside water are included in the space rent.
Inside water is on City water and the Bill is divided amoungst the tenants monthly, You pay your own electricity, billed at the current P.

The County fairgrounds is across the street from the Park with seasonal activities.
"Big Lake" is about 5 miles behind the Park for fishing and boating.

We are a drug free park looking for peaceful tenants who want a nice safe place to live that is not outrageously priced.
This 40 space Park is a mixture of working families and retired adults.
I have owned it since 1978 and strive to keep the rents affordable.
We do through background and rental history checks to maintain our tranquil community.
