Experienced Property Manager- with Tax Credit, RD and Bond experience.
The salary is $20-$21 per hour and includes a 2-bedroom apartment and utilities as a part of the compensation package.

*Minimum Requirements:*
* 2 years of Property Management.
* Affordable Housing Experience (TC/RD)
* Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
* Customer service and General Office experience
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data research.
* Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
English language proficiency.
* High energy, friendly, eager-to-assist and professional demeanor
