HOA General Manager – HOAMCO (Lake Almanor, CA)
We are currently seeking a highly qualified General Manager for a prestigious HOA resort community situated on the picturesque Lake Almanor in California.
This unique opportunity offers an idyllic setting reminiscent of Lake Tahoe, surrounded by golf, summer lake activities, hiking, and proximity to skiing, all with breathtaking views of Lassen Volcanic National Park.
Position Overview: The HOA General Manager will assume responsibility for the seamless day-to-day operations of the community.

Remuneration and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $180,000.

Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in HOA Community Management
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Track record in cultivating and maintaining client and employee relationships
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership, development, and supervision of staff
Strategic direction and oversight to the management team
Management of overall community well-being, including site maintenance and aesthetics
Financial planning and annual budget preparations
Attendance and participation in Board and committee meetings
Coordination of annual Association meetings
Liaison with local government entities for community initiatives
Enforcement of community rules and regulations, with a working knowledge of the Davis-Sterling Act
Oversight of contractors for maintenance and repairs
Regular engagement with Landscape Vendors to ensure contractual metrics are met
Solicitation of bids, negotiation of contract terms, and project/repair oversight
Additional Requirements:
Community inspections to ensure compliance with governing documents
Flexibility in work hours based on community needs
CMCA or higher designation preferred
