his position is part-time 20 hours a week.

You will have problem-solving skills with an ability to independently address issues and resolve disputes, and act independently in face-to-face situations using judgment, tact, and discretion.
*Minimum Requirements:*
* 2 years of Property Management
* Affordable Housing Experience (TC/RD)
* Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
* Customer service and General Office experience
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data research.
* Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
English language proficiency.
* High energy, friendly, eager-to-assist and professional demeanor
