Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling, restaurant management, and customer service.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties: - Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness - Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and tracking - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns Experience: - Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required - Strong knowledge of kitchen management procedures and techniques - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is preferred - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus - Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is beneficial We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
