Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards - Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and maintaining a positive work environment - Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information - Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes - Manage budgets, resources, and supplies related to nursing services - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in medical technology Job Type: Contract Pay: $100.
