This is a classy and comfortable full sized sofa.
Was previously used in a legal office, but has almost no wear.
The only marks are a couple dings on the wooden legs, hardly visible
Color is a lovely warm hazel brown tweed.
Maybe hard to to tell from the photos, sorry! Fabric is in great shape and is an easy to clean poly blend.
No stains, tears, scuffs, etc.
No pets, smoking, or smells.
Delivery is available in this sense: I have a truck and can help you move it locally, but you will have to come here, pay me upfront, then we will move it together.
I don't have helpers.
Delivery fee based on distance and difficulty, but will be modest and negotiable.
